UK’s Gael Force to recruit over 40 new hires at acquired firms

UK, Scotland-based aquaculture equipment supplier Gael Force Group has announced the list of new jobs available at Fusion Marine and Corpach Boatbuilding, the two firms it acquired last year.

In addition, the group has announced new names for its two new companies. Fusion Marine, the Oban-based pen manufacturer that Gael Force acquired a 75% stake in last March is now set to be renamed Gael Force Fusion.

Meanwhile, Corpach Boatbuilding, where Gael Force also acquired a majority stake in the company's range of steel feed barges in November 2018, is to be renamed Gael Force Boatbuilding.

Both companies will also adopt new logos as part of Gael Force's claims will "demonstrate the integral part both business units form within the group".

Following the acquisitions, Gael Force has launched its largest ever recruitment drive, with over 40 new job positions made available across its sites, both at Fusion and Corpach as well as in Inverness and Forres. Prior to this, the group had employed over 225 people, the majority of whom are based in the group's facilities in the Highlands and Islands region of Scotland.
